溴分子[^2Π3／2]4d里德堡态的转动谱的计算模拟

对溴分子在６８８００－７２００ｃｍ＾－１范围内的两个被观察到的［＾２Π３／２］４ｄ偶宇称里堡态的转动光谱进行了计算模拟，确定了转动常数，并且证实了原先对实验光谱的传动结构和电子角动量的标识。     

Actively mode-locked dual-wavelength fiber laser with close wavelength spacing using a fiber Bragg grating

A simple actively mode-locked fiber ring laser is proposed and successfully demonstrated to generate dual-wavelength picosecond pulses with close wavelength spacing using one Bragg grating in standard single-mode fiber. The proposed laser can be made to operate in stable dual-wavelength at room temperature, due to the birefringence characteristic of the FBG induced by transverse strain. Transverse strain loading on the FBG allows the wavelength spacing to be controlled. Generation of stable dual-wavelength pulses with a pulsewidth of 212–234 ps and a tunable wavelength separation from 0.2 to 0.44 nm at a pulse rate of 1.05 GHz was demonstrated.

Klein发表著名的埃尔兰根纲领,由群论角度研究了空间变换群的不变量,从而引进了各种不同的几何学．本文利用Felix Klein的观念,研究Carnot-Caratheodory空间{M,Q,g}(又称为次黎曼流形)上的类似问题,给出了次黎曼流形中的共形不变量和射影不变量．本文给出的共形和射影不变量可视为黎曼情形的一种自然推广．由于次黎曼流形与黎曼流形之间有着本质的差异,故此,本文通过次黎曼流形上存在的唯一非完整联络(Nonholonomic connections)来刻画所提的问题．     

A complete global solution to the pressure gradient equation

We study the domain of existence of a solution to a Riemann problem for the pressure gradient equation in two space dimensions. The Riemann problem is the expansion of a quadrant of gas of constant state into the other three vacuum quadrants. The global existence of a smooth solution was established in Dai and Zhang [Z. Dai, T. Zhang, Existence of a global smooth solution for a degenerate Goursat problem of gas dynamics, Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 155 (2000) 277-298] up to the free boundary of vacuum. We prove that the vacuum boundary is the coordinate axes.     

p+209Bi核反应微观数据的理论计算

利用光学模型、激光模型、蒸发模型及扭曲波玻恩近似理论,对入射能量从阈能到300MeV,p+²⁰⁹Bi的中子反应截面、剩余核截面、出射粒子的多重数进行了理论计算及分析,并将计算结果与实验数据进行了比较.同时得到一组能量到50?0MeV与实验数据符合很好的光学势参数.     

Formation of Interfacial Layers in LaAlO3/Silicon during Film Deposition

We have studied the interracial reactions between amorphous LaAlO3 thin films and Si substrates, using high- resolution transmission electron microscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It has been shown that the interracial layer between LaAlO3 film and Si substrate chemical states show that the ratio of La 4d3/2 to Al 2p is SiLaxAlyOz. The depth distributions of La, Si and Al of the interfacial layer remains unchanged with the depth compared to that of the LaAlO3 film. Moreover, the Si content, in the interracial layer gradually decreases with increasing thickness of the interracial layer. These results strongly suggest that the Al element is not deficient in the interracial layer, as previously believed, and the formation of a SiLaxAlyOz interracial layer is mainly due to the diffusion of Si from the substrate during the LaAlO3 film deposition. With the understanding of the interracial layer formation, ones can control the interface characteristics to ensure the desired performances of devices using high-k oxides as gate dielectrics.     

Magnetic and electrical transport properties of delta-doped amorphous Ge:Mn magnetic semiconductors

We report on the growth and characterization of delta-doped amorphous Ge:Mn diluted magnetic semiconductor thin films on GaAs (0 0 1) substrates. The fabricated samples exhibit different magnetic behaviors, depending on the Mn doping concentration. The Curie temperature was found to be dependent on both the Mn doping concentration and spacing between the doping layers. A sharp drop in magnetization and rise in resistivity are observed at low temperature in samples with high Mn doping concentrations, which is also accompanied by a negative thermal remanent magnetization (TRM) in the higher temperature range. The temperature at which the magnetization starts to drop and the negative TRM appears show a correlation with the Mn doping concentration. The experimental results are discussed based on the formation of ferromagnetic regions at high temperature and antiferromagnetic coupling between these regions at low temperature.

在考虑基片与空气界面反射率以及基片吸收不能忽略的情况下，对常见的基片上薄膜的光强透过率公式进行了修正，导出了该情况下的透过率公式．以非晶硅薄膜为研究对象，采用模拟计算说明基片光学特性对薄膜光强透过谱的影响．     

未来的照明光源--白光LED技术及其发展

白光是黑白和彩色摄像机的照明光源，可以替代白炽灯、荧光灯和高压气体放电灯等传统光源。介绍了白光LED技术的原理、特点、发展方向。     

Investigation on nonradiative decay of I13/2→I15/2 transition of Er-doped oxide glasses

Nonradiative decay of ⁴I_13/2→⁴I_15/2 transition of Er³⁺ has been investigated in a series of oxide glasses. For Er³⁺-doped glass samples, the Judd-Ofelt analysis on absorption spectra was performed and the fluorescence lifetime was determined by extrapolating to zero Er³⁺ concentration limit. Infrared spectra were measured in order to investigate the influence of OH⁻ groups in different glasses. The effects of glass matrix on the decay rate were discussed from the viewpoint of phonon energy, variations of effective fields, and OH⁻ groups. Compared to other glasses, phosphate glass presents low quantum efficiency and large nonradiative decay rate due to its high phonon energy and hygroscopic behavior.
